apster.net sets no advertising, profiling or analytics cookies, and embeds no third-party trackers, social plugins or embedded players. Because nothing on the site requires consent under art. 173 of the Polish Telecommunications Law or the ePrivacy Directive, we do not show a cookie banner — asking for permission we do not need would be noise, not compliance.

What is stored on your device

• Nothing. The site writes no cookies and nothing to local or session storage. Fonts are served from our own domain, so no font provider sees your visit.
• Your browser will cache the pages, styles and fonts it downloads, as it does for any website. That cache stays on your device and is never read back by us.

What the server sees

• When you submit the contact form, your IP address is held for a few minutes to rate-limit the endpoint. It is not stored in a cookie and is discarded when the window expires.
• Our hosting provider keeps standard web server logs. See the Privacy Policy for what that means and how long it lasts.

If this changes

Should we ever introduce analytics or any other non-essential storage, we will add a consent mechanism that blocks it until you accept, and update this page before it goes live. Questions go to biuro@apster.net.
